Our Broadmoore Estates 2013 California White Trails, sourced from some of the best vineyards in Lodi, has a lot of citrus characters in the nose. The wine displays a lot of lemon, grapefruit and orange peel qualities. There are also some ripe aromas of quince and honey. The mouth gives a sensation of greenness with the acidity. More citrus flavors are revealed as well as light tropical notes. The soft round sweetness is expressed in the mid-palate all the way to the finish. This nice crisp acidity makes this white wine very pleasant, easy to drink, balanced and ideal for food pairing. Enjoy it now or over the next couple of years.
