Our Fleur Bleu 2013 California Chardonnay offers light aromatics of citrus with grapefruit and lemon mixed with white flowers like acacia and honeysuckle. This wine has a medium to heavy attack with more citrus flavors, a round mouthfeel in the middle and an unusual very long finish. Even with neutral oak, there is a creamy finish. The oak is well integrated. Serve it chilled at around 50° Fahrenheit. This wine can be enjoyed over the next 3 to 4 years.
