Our 2012 Sun Fish South Eastern Australia Chardonnay has generous aromas of white peach, bergamot orange, lemon and almonds. Its beautifully balanced oak with toasty undertones opens up toward the finish. A rich and toasty palate shows flavors of citrus and honey with a mineral finish. This wine has a good amount of acidity for longevity in the mouth now and for years to come. Serve it chilled at around 50° Fahrenheit. Enjoy this wine for the next four to five years.
