Our 2011 Vela Zephyr is a special and unusual blend designed with 73% of Chardonnay, 13% of Orange Muscat, 7% of Viognier and 7% of Gewürztraminer. It is already expressing maturity at this stage. The nose starts with light spring white flowers like acacia and lilies. Orange blossom fragrances and lemon aromas settle after a few seconds. The mouth starts with more citrus characters and a fresh acidity. The finish has several layers of sweet flavors, which will be enjoyed in the next year. The alcohol provides a lift with a warm finish.
